Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the WOCO Verdant Estates platform. These Terms create a legally binding agreement between you and WOCO Verdant Estates Pvt. Ltd. governing your access to and use of the Platform and all related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the WOCO Verdant Estates platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, members, and prospective partners who interact with any service offered by WOCO Verdant Estates Pvt. Ltd. ("WOCO Travel", "we", "us", or "our").
2. Membership & Eligibility
Membership in the WOCO Travel society is by invitation only. To apply for membership you must be at least 18 years of age and meet the eligibility criteria set out in the membership application process. WOCO Travel reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion, with or without explanation. Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared or assigned to any third party. WOCO Travel may suspend or terminate membership at any time for violation of these Terms.
3. Points System
WOCO Travel operates a proprietary points ecosystem ("WOCO Points") which members use in lieu of traditional monetary payment for bookings and experiences. WOCO Points have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or exchanged outside the WOCO Travel platform. Points are issued, governed, and may be modified or revoked by WOCO Travel at any time and for any reason without liability. Points expire 24 months from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. WOCO Travel is not responsible for any points lost due to account inactivity, suspension, or termination.
4. Bookings & Cancellations
All bookings made through the Platform are subject to the availability and cancellation policies of the individual property partner. Members must review the specific cancellation policy before completing any booking. WOCO Travel acts as a facilitator between members and property partners and does not assume liability for any failure by a partner to deliver contracted services. In the event of a verified service failure, WOCO Travel will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist the member but makes no guarantee of resolution or refund of points.
5. Partner Properties
Property partners listed on the Platform are independent operators. WOCO Travel does not own, operate, manage, or control any properties listed. Information about properties including descriptions, photographs, amenities, and ratings are provided in good faith and may not reflect the current state of a property. WOCO Travel does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any property listing. Members should conduct their own due diligence before making bookings.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its related systems; (c) scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform by automated means; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable; (f) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform; or (g) circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security or access control mechanisms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, video, and software is the exclusive property of WOCO Verdant Estates Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. WOCO Travel does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform entirely at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WOCO Verdant Estates Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or its services. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the value of WOCO Points in your account at the time the claim arose.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WOCO Verdant Estates Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to mediation in Mumbai, Maharashtra. If mediation is unsuccessful within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai, and proceedings shall be conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents WOCO Travel from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
WOCO Travel reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your account.
