We also maintain a record of WOCO Points transactions. Communications: When you contact us by email, phone, or through the Platform, we retain records of those communications to provide support and improve our services. Technical & Usage Data: We automatically collect certain technical data including your IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and timestamps. Third-Party Sources: We may receive information about you from property partners, identity verification services, and fraud prevention agencies where necessary for the operation of our services.
